Caroline Johnson
A life sciences honours graduate, NLP Practitioner, holder of CIM Advanced Certificate in Marketing, with many years experience in sales, management, mentoring, training, marketing and business development in the human and veterinary pharmaceutical business and in veterinary practice. Much of Caroline's work and writing has been undertaken under the trademark People & Practice Development .

Jeremy Johnson
A Veterinary Surgeon from a background in food animal practice, companion animal medicine, and the pharmaceutical industry. Formal postgraduate qualifications in marketing (DipM) , accountancy (CDipAF), Project Management (Prince 2) and NLP (practitioner).

After many years in the pharmaceutical industry Caroline and Jeremy formed their company Prescription Marketing Ltd.
